What This Toms River Driver Did On Route 166 Is Infuriating

I usually try to let stuff go while on the road; road rage is real, and it's dangerous. So, if you cut me off, or pass me on a double yellow, or take my parking space at Shoprite parking lot, nine times out of ten, I won't let it bother me. Mistakes happen, or if that's how you typically drive, then you're just a jerk, and there's not much I can do to change that.

I Saw Something So Wild On Route 166, I Had To Say Something To The Driver

However, I was driving home to visit my parents in PA over the weekend, and saw the car in front of me on Route 166 do something that made me so incredibly mad, and irritated, I actually pulled up next to them at the next red light, rolled my window down, and had to say something to the driver.

This all started on 166, near the Parkway on and off ramp in Toms River. My wife and I were merging onto 166, when we saw the car in front of us throw a napkin out the window.

Not a big deal, and hey, maybe it blew out by mistake. It happens.

But then another crumpled up napkin flew out the window of the car in front of us, then a bunch of plastic wrappers, then an empty box of Tasty Cakes, and then a Styrofoam coffee cup also came flying out the window.

It was clear none of this was an accident, and this jerk was just being a litter bug, and it made me furious. Is Route 166 part of nature? Not really, however, if you're that desperate to get the trash out of your car, there are a ton of gas stations, rest stops, and other places you can stop at in order to get the trash out of your vehicle.
