Most of us have heard by now that acclaimed actor Philip Seymour Hoffman was found dead at the age of 46 of a suspected heroin overdose in his home in Manhattan Sunday.

Hoffman is being rightfully called one of the greatest actors of his generation.

It's always sad when a person in the prime of life dies, and even more tragic when it's the result of the person's inner demons, in Hoffman's case, apparently an addiction that reared it's ugly head and took his life.
