Atlantic City Airshow Set To Return To New Jersey For 2023

Get ready for a weekend of excitement and fun when the 2023 Atlantic City Airshow returns to the Jersey Shore!

I'll admit, the Atlantic City Airshow is one of those things that's always been on my to-do list, and I've never made it, so I'm hoping this year will be a little different.

Especially since it's a free-to-attend event.

Just like in years past you'll be able to see the Thunderbirds at the airshow, as well as an F-16 Falcon.

According to NJ.com, the lineup for this year's Airshow will once again be absolutely spectacular.

Among the featured performers at the event will be U.S. Marine Corps AV-8B Harrier Demo Team, U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds, U.S. Army Golden Knights Parachute Team and 177th Fighter Wing of the New Jersey Air National Guard

What Is The New Ticketing Option Available For 2023's Atlantic City Airshow?

So before you panic thinking you'll have to buy a ticket to get in, you don't.

The airshow will still be free to the public along the Atlantic City Beaches, however, there is a ticket option for people who want to get a little closer to the action.

NJ.com reports that this year, people can get tickets for the Fly Zone, which will get you as close to all the action as possible plus has private bathrooms and food/drink vendors.

Fly Zone tickets are $25 for people thirteen and up and $15 for spectators under thirteen.

Considering over four hundred thousand people came to last year's event, a private bathroom area is worth the $25 in my opinion.

When Is The 2023 Atlantic City Airshow?

The show is rain or shine and kicks off at 11 AM.

This year you'll be able to catch the Atlantic City Airshow on August 16th, but there's a practice day the day before in which people can watch the planes get ready.

Personally, I've already got my calendar marked and ready to go, if you've ever listened to my afternoon show you know I'm a huge train geek, and watching airplanes take off and do aerial acrobats is just as fun!
