Van Halen Tour News on the Way?

First, a happy early birthday to Eddie Van Halen, who turns 58 tomorrow, born January 26, 1955 in the Netherlands (but raised in So Cal).

Eddie's recovering from the surgery he underwent last year for a severe bout of diverticulitis, but a hint about an upcoming tour announcement seems to have been made by his bandmate, David Lee Roth, who posted this image on his FB page of him and his dog with the caption, "Start spreadin' the..."

We shall see.

In the meantime, Van Halen is currently in a battle with Rush in the semifinals of the 2013 Ultimate Classic Rock Bowl, with the winner facing the other semifinal winner, which will be either Guns N' Roses or the Beatles. Cast your vote here.
