Novins Planetarium Season of Light Show

I'm excited to be going to see the 'Season of Light' show at the Novins Planetarium at Ocean County College in Toms River this weekend, and if you want something exciting to do for the holidays, you might want to check out the special shows Novins offers this month.

One of the most popular shows in the Loch Ness Productions repertory is Season of Light. It's an elegant and sophisticated program about the coldest and darkest of seasons — a time which holds some of the warmest and brightest celebrations of the year.

The Robert J. Novins Planetarium Sky Theater re-opened October 2010 with some of the latest projection technology to bring you the universe in innovative and exciting new ways.

The planetarium dome is a virtual 3-D video space, no longer restricted to simply an earthbound view of the sky, we can now take you on a journey from the smallest size scales to the edge of the universe.
