Well, of course, ghost hunters are always on the hunt.

But as we head towards All Hallow's Eve, there are many ways you can find out exactly how ghost hunting differs from ghost busting, or so that's what I'm guessing.

My neighbor is a ghost hunter and works with South Jersey Ghost Research. They don't just confine their searches to the southern part of the state, though.

For example, if you're interested in learning more, there are a couple of free lectures coming up at the Jersey shore.

They begin at 7:00 p.m. and include video, EVP (ghost "voices"), photo displays, and more.

There's a lecture coming up on Wednesday, October 24th, at the Stafford Branch of the O.C.L.S. at 129 N. Main Street in Manahawkin.

Can't make that one? There's another one the following night, Thursday, October 25th, at the Ocean County Library at the Pt. Pleasant Branch at 834 Beaver Dam Rd.

Further north, on October 20th, there will also be an appearance at the Red Bank Battlefield.

By "appearance", I mean South Jersey Ghost Research appearances, but hey, you never know...
