Solar Halo- A luminous halo parallel to the horizon at the altitude of the sun; caused by ice crystals in the atmosphere

4 weeks ago Earlier in the week, Seaside Heights officials announced that the new boardwalk would be open from Webster Ave heading south to Seaside Park starting on Saturday.
They opened it early!!
4 weeks ago The first pylon for the new boardwalk in Seaside Heights was driven into the sand back in January, and starting this weekend, people will once again will be able to walk on the new boardwalk from Webster Ave south to Seaside Park.
Temporary railings will be installed but there still won't be beach access until Memorial Day
