Andrew Diaz of Seaside Heights buys a scratch-off ticket every few weeks. He was at the Wawa on Route 9 in Bayville when he decided to splurge on the $90,000,000 Platinum Payout ticket, which set him back $20.

Diaz actually bought two tickets, and whiffed on the first. However, as he scratched more and more off of the second one, he realized he had one of just three grand prize winners, and won the TWO MILLION DOLLAR jackpot!

According to ScratchOffOdds, the Platinum Payout's ROI is -0.355, and for every ticket you buy, you are expected to lose $7.10.  Three grand prize winners were printed, and Diaz is the first to claim one, so there are still two more floating around. Good luck!
