NY Met Noah Syndergaard Branded His Catcher With A Fastball

When your nickname is "Thor", people expect you to lay the hammer down. Mets' catcher Kevin Plawecki blocked a pitch from Syndergaard with his chest, and this was the result:

Dang! I'm a Yankees fan, but I can appreciate the skill and power the Mets have in their rotation. When I was young I wanted to be a baseball player; as I got older and realized my skillset was not major-league-ready, I still dreamed of being a backup catcher, the guy who hits .170 but is a defensive whiz...but if it involves getting metal branded into my flesh, I'm glad I'm on the radio.
