Nike has released a pair of sneakers taken right off the set of 'Back to the Future'.  Called 'HyperAdapt 1.0', these shoes feature 'Adaptive Lacing', which is tech-speak for self-tying laces!

Yes, that means you can now be one step closer to owning your own pair of Marty McFly's self-lacing sneaks.  Just released, these pumped up kicks are the creation of senior footwear innovator Tiffany Beers and are available at the Nike Soho store and the NIKE+ ClubHouse at 45 Grand in New York.

Retailing for $720, these may not become a household norm anytime soon, but they sure are 'heavy' and leave us wondering how long it'll take for a legitimate hover-board to enter the marketplace.

Alex Williams, who works for one of Nike's public relations agencies got her hands on these bad boys earlier today and was kind enough to share the video of her HyperAdapts lacing up.  Check out the video above to see them in action!
