Ghost Woman Walks Down NJ Highway – WTF???

This is a slowed-down version of a video originally posted to facebook at 1am Tuesday. The poster said "Probably the most supernatural event I have EVER experienced. A young woman walking down the shoulder of Route 55 north before exit 56 in a wedding gown with a bouquet in absolute darkness. Somebody please give me a reasonable explanation for this so I can sleep again."

There have been stories of a Parkway Exit 82 ghost, but I've never heard of a Route 55 ghost. What do you think this is? A phantasm, a random weirdo wandering around in a dress, or a complete hoax?
