Geddy Lee at 60: No Rush to Slow Down

Happy birthday to Geddy Lee, born on July 29, 1953 in Toronto, Canada.

According to theprovince.com, even though all three members of Rush all either at 60 or turning 60, they still aren't ready to slow down any time soon.

In fact, as they age, the members of Rush feel they're actually improving their live performances.

Neil Peart says, “(We’ve found) a new level of understanding, a new level of groove, a new level of unity that just happened in our last few years.”

Geddy Lee adds: “The last two tours for me, we kind of hit a new level of playing with each other onstage. Just our ability to get the job done and raise our game."

Rush continues on their Clockwork Angels 2013 Tour, hitting Salt Lake City, Utah Wednesday night.
