I'm not even sure where to begin with this one...

Part of me feels bad for her. She's clearly not just drunk, she's under the influence of one or many drugs. At first I thought she might have been joking around and playing to the crowd, but she really seems to be having a hallucination. There are tons of people watching and recording her. She will never ever be able to escape being labeled as "that girl".

Of course, the other part of me finds it hilarious.
