So I have been talking about getting into shape for the summer. I don't need to lose that much weight. Maybe 10-15 lbs, but I also want to start eating healthier, and to get into better shape overall.

A few weeks ago I was flipping through the channels and stopped on the Home Shopping Channel when I saw they were selling the Magic Bullet.  I have been considering buying one for a while but never went ahead with it because I don't have a clue of what to do. But I thought, if I'm serious about getting in better shape, it's TIME TO LEARN.

I'm sure pizza rolls, Buffalo Wings and nachos would fit nicely in the bullet, but I'm guessing that would defeat the purpose right?

So now I need your help! What are some good recipes? What are some healthy shakes/juices that taste decent? I'm looking to get healthier and lose some weight. I need suggestions!!!!
