French actor Olivier Martinez first came to my attention in the 2002 movie, "Unfaithful" (starring Diane Lane, whose character is seduced by the charming man Martinez plays),  and it made even a by-nature-very-loyal-to-a-partner-person like me understand why a married woman would be tempted to cheat on the husband she loves.  O.k.  I still would never be unfaithful to a man I was with and no one could change my mind. But there's no harm in simply looking, is there?  (President Carter, stop talking inside my head).

He may be handsome, but Olivier Martinez is no shallow, narcissistic pretty boy.  At least not judging by what he says in an interview on About.com.  As a matter of fact, the more he talks, the more beautiful he becomes, since it's apparent that he's a man who seems to understand and relate to how most women view sexuality and sensuality.  "I think a lot of seduction is through laughing and kindness", he remarks, and "sex with nothing else is nothing...by itself sex doesn't mean anything."

He also clearly doesn't take himself too seriously: "I don't consider myself a sex symbol because all my cousins would laugh at me."  So sweet.  So humble.  And just for the record, Olivier, go ahead and consider yourself a sex symbol.  I promise we women will not laugh at you...
