HGTV Guy For The Women Who Rock With The Hawk

Most of us of the female gender are into HGTV and we would watch it no matter who was transforming an ugly space into something beautiful--but when you throw in a guy like Scott McGillivray, the adorable host of "Income Property"--I'M SOLD!

At the HGTV website, Scott is described in the bio there as the way I would have described him myself, being an avid fan of the show and of Scott, of course:  "Scott's real estate expertise, coupled with his wit and charm, has made him an asset".

Yep, real estate assets are good to have!
