The problem seems to be in Toms River and Lakehurst. A switch that controls multiple cell towers needs replacement. Once you’re out of that area, your connectivity should be reasonably okay. The rerouting of paths to functioning switches and the actual repair, we’re told, might take a day, maybe sooner.
