Halloween this year falls on a Thursday, so the 81st Annual Toms River Halloween Parade will be on a Thursday (October 31st).

Tonight is the Toms River Halloween Parade kicking off at 7p. I grabbed the camera and took a quick stroll along the parade route to see how things are coming along
