Toms River Police Foundation

The Toms River Police Department will be out all over the township this summer protecting us and keeping us safe and helping us enjoy our summers but they'll also be having a series of events and camps for people of all ages to have fun with them as well.

A little bit can go a long way and with your help and assistance from local businesses, the Toms River Police Foundation will be able to continue their mission of helping others.

Monday Night, September 28th is the 30th annual Vest-a-Cop fundraiser where the Toms River Police PBA 137 puts on the aprons to become servers at Pizza Hut. It’s happening at the Pizza Hut on Rt. 37 in Toms River from 4-9 p.m. It was unclear if this event was even going to happen this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but I'm happy to report that it is happening once again...

Back in March, the Toms River Police Foundation teamed up with six local pizzerias and paid to provide three hundred pies to families in need. Each pizzeria provided fifty pies each. It was a huge success...In less than two hours, all the pizzas were gone...

This is the 4th year that 105.7 The Hawk and our sister stations 94.3 The Point, and 92.7 WOBM-FM will be participating in a Dodgeball Tournament Fundraiser. Let's just say Dodgeball hasn't been a kind sport to us here on team "Off the Dial"...
