On Monday, Monmouth County State Senator Declan O’Scanlon, Assemblywoman Serena DiMaso, and Assemblyman Gerry Scharfenberger expressed their concerns at the actions taken by the New Jersey Judicial and Executive branches of government with regard to the temporary release of prisoners.
