Mary Lee, the 3,400 LB great white shark that first paid us a visit in May and had everyone talking and a lot of people freaking out who then returned in June, and "pinged" around L.B.I according to her transmitter. Well she has RETURNED again!!!

OCEARCH, the same group that tracks Mary Lee the great white, tagged a 7-foot,100-pound hammerhead shark. Elias pinged off the coast of Point Pleasant, Mantoloking, Belmar and Asbury Park.

Around 3pm this afternoon "Mary Lee" was around L.B.I according to her transmitter. She has certainly gotten around over the last week or so. From South Jersey to New York City to Long Island, she is now around the Jersey Shore area. Her name is Mary Lee, and she is 3,456 pounds to be exact! She was originally tagged in Cape May back in 2012. Well Mary Lee is back!! The great white's tracker was recorded around 8am this morning 10 miles off of Wildwood. Then at 1:04 p.m., Mary Lee pinged again about 12 miles off the coast a little further north, right on the border of Avalon and Sea Isle City.
