NJ residents behind on utility bill payments have until June 14 to apply for assistance or set up a payment plan to avoid shutoffs.

To reach 100% clean energy by 2050, all segments of the population have to participate.

PSE&G said the typical residential customer would see rates reduced by 3%, or an average of $3 per month.
