Middle Sedge Island

The mysterious mansion of Middle Sedge Island. Ok let’s clarify a few things first. The island is located between the Mantoloking Bridge and the Seaside Bridge off of Chadwick Beach Island in Toms River. It’s not a mystery to many locals, but for someone who does not know the story, like myself, I find it mysterious. It’s a home, a large home ……a mansion if you will on it’s own island. How many tiny barrier islands are home to giant estates off the coast of New Jersey? Not many if any. The mansion had access by boat and helicopter.

And It will run you about $6.5 million bucks!! Maybe you can talk em down to an even $6 million How bout this....you get 10 of your friends together and it will cost you a mere $600,000 each!! Sounds like a bargain to me. The 14.4-acre property comes with a main house and a guest house with a combined total of 6,000 square feet.
