Toms River celebrates Halloween a little differently. Trick-or-treating happens on October 30th so the town can host one of the nation’s biggest Halloween parades on October 31st. Here’s what to know for this year’s event.

We are excited and Toms River and Ocean County are getting ready. Shawn and I will once again be in the parade this year. It's something we look forward to every year.
