Government Shutdown

Air travel could soon get even more stressful. As the government shutdown continues, 40 airports including Newark International are cutting flights and reducing traffic across the country.

JBJ Soul Kitchen in Red Bank will host federal workers for a special lunch on Monday, as the gov shutdown has reached a month in duration. More meals may follow.

Hackensack Meridian Health Care has announced they are waiving co-pays and deductibles for emergency visits at all network hospitals and urgent care centers for furloughed federal employees and their insured family members.
