Colin Kaepernick

People went a little bit crazy yesterday after Twitter reported that Kaepernick signed with the Jets.

Last year, some NJ high schools threatened to suspend players who knelt during the National Anthem. This weekend, after players knelt, two referees walked off the field.

Bruce Springsteen has a lot going on in his world these days. His new book "Born to Run" is in stores. He also just released a CD called "Chapter and Verse" with five unreleased songs to accompany the book. And of course he is on his concert tour which continues into 2017. He recently sat down to do an interview with Rolling Stone to talk about the book, his life, music, politics, etc.

On the 15th anniversary of the September 11th bombings of the World Trade Center in New York City, Eagles fans decided to protest a protest of San Francisco 49er Colin Kaepernick.

The Diocese of Camden, which oversees several high schools in south Jersey, released a letter to all coaches & athletes saying they would be subject to suspension if they don't stand during the National Anthem.

Superbowl XLVII is set. It's going to be the San Francisco 49'ers vs the Baltimore Ravens Sunday February 3rd in New Orleans. Right now the 49'ers are 3 1/2 point favorites. There are some interesting story lines to this year's Superbowl.
