Six Months After Sandy: Final Deadline for FEMA Aid Approaching

If you were one of those people who felt the wrath of the storm, keep in mind that according to tomsriver.patch.com, you only have until midnight this Wednesday, May 1st, to register with FEMA for disaster assistance.

Register online at DisasterAssistance.gov, call 800-621-3362, or apply in person at one of the four Disaster Recovery Centers that are still up and running (information on the location of the nearest DRC is online or you can call 800-621-3362).

May 1 is also the deadline for applying for a loan from the Small Business Administration.
