ShopRite's website has issued a recall on cookies bought in their stores.

All varieties and sizes of store baked and “take and bake” cookies made from dough produced by Country Home Bakers, a division of J & J Snack Foods, is being recalled. The cookies may contain small pieces of metal shavings from the production equipment at Country Home Baker’s manufacturing facility.

The cookies were sold in ShopRite's Fresh Bake department from July 19 through August 15, 2016. No other Fresh Bake department products are affected.

Customers who may have these cookies at home should stop eating them and return them to the store.
