Looks Like More Town Houses This Summer in Seaside Heights, New Jersey 👀

I am very excited about this coming summer here at the Jersey Shore. I think this spring/summer will be our return to normal and a time to enjoy our beautiful weather and coastline.

I think we ALL need a real good JERSEY SUMMER! Like we grew up with here at the Shore. The Coronavirus Pandemic stole 2 summers, but this season I think its time to get out and enjoy fresh air, sunshine, ocean waves, and all the local attractions we love during summer at the Jersey Shore. Ocean County is open and ready for everyone and that includes those who want to vacation here also.

So now that we are gearing up for a great summer, I noticed recently while traveling through Seaside Heights some new construction and I can only assume it's new townhouses and/or condos for folks to enjoy Seaside Heights. I am curious what YOU think about the addition of new housing, we have seen a boom in "housing" construction in our beach towns here in Ocean County.

I guess every story has two sides, one could be that this work will add additional rental and/or owned units so more folks will be in town which affects local busy on a positive note. The other side of the coin is are we overdeveloping? It's a question I am sure has the support of BOTH sides. I will say all the new "housing" construction looks great and does add a nice to some rundown areas.
