HGTV (Home and Garden Television) recently put out an article that selected Lambertville and New Jersey's most "charming" town. The story was published by App.com.
Lambertville is located in Hunterdon County. The town has a population of almost 4,200 residents. It is named after John Lambert, a politician from New Jersey who served as a Representative, a U.S. Senator, and acting governor of New Jersey in the early 1800s.
According to App.com "HGTV's list of America's most charming small towns highlights a familiar favorite to New Jersey residents. Nestled along the scenic Delaware River, Lambertville, affectionately known as "The Antiques Capital of New Jersey," exudes a rich historical charm. Lambertville is a great place for a day trip and you can include antique shopping along with lunch or dinner and some sightseeing.
