A tragic accident Saturday night in Brick Township, Ocean County, has left a teen injured and in the hospital as a result of his injuries. According to authorities, "The teen was taken to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, where he remains stable."

Reports indicate that the accident happened on Saturday night in Brick at around 11 pm at the intersection of Midstreams Road and Midstreams Place.

According to Patch, "William Donohoe, 43, has been charged with knowingly leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash resulting in serious bodily injury, assault by auto, and driving under the influence."
