Senior quarterback Tyler Douglas accounted for 473 yards of offense and seven total touchdowns to lead Ocean to a 49-33 Shore Conference Freedom Division victory over Brick Memorial on Friday night at Albert F. Carelli Field.

Douglas, who is verbally committed to Temple University, completed 16 of 21 passes for 308 yards and four touchdowns and rushed for 165 yards and three touchdowns on 18 carries, setting a program single-game record for passing yards and total offense. He threw a 15-yard touchdown pass to senior tight end Shane Garrett and had touchdown passes of 33, 33, and 65 to senior wide receiver Mateo Andrews.

Andrews caught five passes for 158 yards and three touchdowns and Garrett caught four passes for 110 yards and a touchdown.

Brick Memorial junior quarterback Connor Dietz threw for over 300 yards and totaled four touchdowns. He threw a 76-yard touchdown pass to senior wide receiver Elijah Benjamin and a 74-yard touchdown pass to sophomore running back Kevin Andrews. Andrews also came through with a 98-yard kickoff return touchdown and returned another kickoff over 90 yards down to the Ocean 4-yard line.
