Empty Stores in Beachwood! What Do You Want to See Here, Beachwood, NJ?

It used to be the old spot of the eBay Yard Sale Store.

There are way too many stores empty in Ocean County and strip malls looking so empty. Do you remember the eBay Thrift Store and Garage Sale Store in Beachwood? When the building was taken down a little while ago, I was hoping for a bigger eBay store there, but no - just more "little" stores. And now they're all empty. There's a sign out front if anyone would like to lease one of the stores for your business.

The location I'm talking about is on Rt. 166 in Beachwood between Beach Avenue and Tiller Avenue.

I'm hearing it's a possibility of office space. I'd like to see some cute businesses come to Beachwood.

Beachwood is such a cute town, what would you like to see there? Restaurants, a craft brewery, specialty shops, an arcade? I heard from Albert in Beachwood and he's concerned about the traffic on Rt.166 during rush hour. He wrote, "It's already crazy through that part of Beachwood at around 5:00 pm. I can't even imagine if several businesses move into that building."

Jodi in South Toms River would like to see a pet store.

I love the idea about Saladworks. That would be great. But, one thing could be a problem, the parking. It doesn't look like there's a lot of parking. So, it is a possibility there will be office space. Even if it is office space, there's still very limited parking.
