Bon Jovi is Going on Tour in 2022 and New Jersey is Really Unhappy
For the first time since the pandemic began, Bon Jovi is going on tour.
Usually, news of JBJ and his crew hitting the road is welcomed in Jersey, but this time things are very very different.
It was announced on Bon Jovi's official site that the band would start doing live shows this April.
Here's the tour schedule from Pollstar:
Notice anything missing?
Bingo. There's not one stop in Jersey.

Not only is there not a single show in Jersey, but there's not a single show planned in the tri-state.
The closest the band will be coming to the Garden State is North Carolina.
Now, there could be more dates yet to be announced scheduled for the spring and summer of this year.
I really hope so, because it should be a law that every time Bon Jovi goes on tour, they must do a show in Jersey.
If not, all residents get a lifetime supply of Hampton Water.
Jon's wine line happens to be presenting this show.
I was poking all over the official Bon Jovi website for any kind of "check back for more dates" message but was unable to find one.
It's understandable that booking live shows too far in advance in the world we live in is really tough.
What do you say JBJ, why not plan one big show to kick off the summer at MetLife?
