You Can Help Tell the Fisherman’s Story!

Jill Svelling Belloff sent us the following info on the Hawk's Facebook page and I wanted to spread the word further for her on behalf of this project:

Fisherman's Story Memorial (photo at left) that we are attempting to have placed within the Barnegat light Lighthouse State Park area, in memory (of) Capt. Jimmy Mears and the other fishermen that have perished out of Barnegat Light over the years.
The statue of Jim has been designed and ready for casting. We are asking please to make any announcements in regard to this information. The statue cost is over $100,000 dollars. We can raise the money with your help.
Our fisherman that have never come home deserve this.
