All this week I'm giving you a chance to score tickets to see The Tedeschi Trucks Band live at the Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank on December 8th.

This band, formed in 2010, consists of husband-and-wife musicians Derek Trucks and Susan Tedeschi, and is a blues rock group based in Jacksonville, Florida.

Derek Trucks is the nephew of Butch Trucks, drummer and one of the founding members of the Allman Brothers Band.

Trucks, who has played with The Allman Brothers as their slide guitarist, credits Duane Allman and blues man Elmore James as the two slide guitarists that influenced his early style but has since been inspired by John Lee Hooker, Howlin' Wolf and Albert King, Miles Davis, B.B. King, and many other masters.

He has twice appeared on Rolling Stone's list of the 100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time.

Susan Tedeschi met Derek Trucks in New Orleans when she was the opening act on the Allman Brothers Band's 1999 Summer Tour.

The grammy-nominated Susan is a well-respected American blues/soul musician, best known for her powerful voice.

She also won Best Blues Album alongside her other 10 bandmates in the Tedeschi Trucks Band for Revelator.

Listen all week between 10am and 3pm for your chance to win tickets to the show!
