About two years ago, the Jon Bon Jovi Group tried to buy the Buffalo Bills. That deal allegedly fell apart because, according to the New York Post, JBJ is worth "only" $300 million, and as the principal owner, he would have had to put up 30 percent of the money, which means the groups's max bid would have been in the $1.1 billion range, which was simply not enough.

Now, he's "monitoring" the ownership situation of the Titans. The team is currently owned by Amy Adams Strunk, the daughter of Bud Adams, the founder of the team. Since Bud Adams passed away in 2013, there have been rumors of a sale, but his daughter insists the team is not available.

Amy Adams Strunk said

I don’t know how many different ways to say it. Haven’t talked to Bon Jovi or anybody else for that matter, and it’s not for sale. It’s part of our heritage – my dad’s legacy. We’re not going anywhere.”
