White Castle Sliding Into Brick

The Riverwalk Plaza in Brick already features a bunch of restaurants, including Buffalo Wild Wings, Outback Steakhouse, and a few others - coming soon: White Castle!

Mayor John Ducey said

There has been a lot of residents asking me when is White Castle coming to Brick. With the fact that it is now being built, there will be a lot of happy residents who have been long awaiting their sliders.

There hasn't been an announcement regarding an official opening day, but construction is underway on the iconic Castle building (Patch has a picture).

I'll be honest, White Castle sliders aren't my thing, but the Chicken Rings? All day long. I've also been meaning to try the Impossible Burger, because I've heard good things. Now that there will be a location closer to home, maybe I'll finally give veggie burgers a real shot.
