What the Hell Is This Creature We Found in The Barnegat Bay Yesterday?

Yesterday was a fun day at Tices Shoal on the boats, hanging in the water, celebrating the 4th of July when this dead creature floated our way.  It's not a shark. Don't think it's an eel. Some people think it might be a barracuda, but no one knows for sure.

I held if for a little while to check it out. It was quite nasty, but fun to play with.
