A New York pair are facing charges in Wall Township after police found them in possession of marijuana, cocaine and drug paraphernalia at a traffic stop on New Bedford Road near State Highway 138.

Anthony Miccio, 30, Islip, New York and Ashley Schroko, 23, Huntington, New York were arrested on Thursday December 6 on a laundry list of charges including possession before being booked at the Monmouth County Correctional Institute.

They were found to be in possession of marijuana under fifty grams, cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

After their arrest, a follow up investigation was conducted at 1916 State Highway 35 that resulted in the following additional charges for Miccio and Schroko which are listed as possession of handgun, possession of a handgun while distributing a controlled dangerous substance, possession of crack cocaine, possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of a defaced firearm, certain person not to possess a firearm, possession of hollow point ammunition
and possession of stolen credit cards.

Miccio was also charged with terroristic threats against a law enforcement officer.
