Walking on An Icy Tices Shoal On New Year’s Day [VIDEO]

On New Year's Day, my friends and I decided to take a ride over to Island Beach State Park to take a look at the ICY Barnegat Bay at Tices Shoal. Temperatures at the Jersey Shore have not been above freezing since right around Christmas Eve.

As you will see, the bay was frozen, AND brutally cold...so we took a short walk on the bay.

Please DO NOT attempt to try this yourself. The Barnegat Bay is NOT frozen in all places.
