Varacchi’s Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses

Yesterday Varacchi hit the ol' dusty trail and saddled up for some horseback riding!

I headed out to Circle A Riding Stable in Howell as a surprise birthday gift for my girlfriend. She had never gone riding before (despite her 40% Native American heritage) so I thought this would be something nice, and I'm just a nice kind of guy.

Our guide Rich was a genuine cowboy, from hat to boots. He walked out our horses, we saddled up, and took off into the woods.

Rich took Cisco, my girlfriend was riding Curly, and I brought up the rear of the line on Bob. It was a gorgeous day, the trail winded through the woods, up and down some slight hills, across a small creek, and all through some beautiful scenery.

It was a great day, and most importantly, my girlfriend loved it.
