After being in business for twenty years, I doubt Johnny G's ever had two mamalukes like myself and Andy Chase manning the pizza oven. Despite our shortcomings, we actually made some damn good pizza!  Johnny G took great care in showing us the finer points of pizza-making, from the fresh ingredients to the type of oven, and most importantly, how to properly toss the dough in the air (I was far superior to Chase in that regard).
