The Monmouth County Prosecutors Office who worked with Eatontown Police announced the arrests of Frederick Reed, 20, of New Castle, Delaware and Perry Veney, 30, of Long Branch, New Jersey on Friday.

Veney turned himself into authorities on Friday and is being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution on $1,200,000 bail.

Despite these charges, every defendant is presumed innocent, unless and until found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, following a trial at which the defendant has all of the trial rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and State law.
