TSA: Needles Shouldn’t Pose Security Threat (Huh?)

I don't know about you, but I think it's enough of a personal "security threat" to the person who bites into the sandwich.

O.K., I understand why TSA officials are saying, no biggie,  regarding the news story of sewing needles found in sandwiches on Delta flights coming into the U.S. on Sunday.

But obviously, security isn't just about terrorism, so even if this wasn't meant to kill people or bring an airliner down, it's pretty clear your security is somewhat compromised when you didn't order a turkey sandwich with needles.

Personally, I always order a vegetarian meal with needles on the side.
