Well, yesterday was the end of this year's "A To Z Anthology". It was the third time we've done it, and I'm already nostalgic for it. Here are my [Top5] things I'll miss.

5 - Finding Themes

I'm a stats geek, so I like finding those random trends, like the fact that we have 20 songs that start with the word "You".  We have 10 songs that start with "Black", 3 "White", 4 "Blue", along with 8 that begin with "Bad" versus 3 that begin with "Good", and of course 19 ROCK songs.

4 - Questioning The Order

Thanks to superfans like Brittany on facebook asking us questions like why "Jungle Love" got played before "Jungleland"...well, don't quote me on this, but since there is a space before the word "Love", I think it changes the grammatical somethingorother and makes it right. We had a few other issues with things like Mellencamp's "R.O.C.K. in the USA" getting played before "Radar Love" because the period changes it.

3 - Playing stuff from The Doors like this:

2 - Playing Meat Loaf

(I'm one of the few left at the Hawk who still loves 'Bat out of Hell')

1 - Playing "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida"
