Toms River PD Raises $4,000 For Special Olympics

Toms River Police Chief Mitchell Little was one of 20 officers to pulled a Boeing 737 across the runway at Newark Liberty International Airport to raise money for the Special Olympics.

Police spokesperson Ralph Stocco said the team finished 5th overall out of 54 teams, and finished 7th in fundraising total with nearly $4,000. The entire event raised over $100,000, with 100% of the donations going to support New Jersey's Special Olympics.
