For the past few years, the Toms River Farmers Market set up every week in the parking lot adjacent to the Post Office on West Water Street and Irons Street in downtown Toms River. Prior to that, the market was set up in Huddy Park.

When the Market season kicks off on May 24th, customers will have to head to the Ocean County Parking Garage lawn on Hadley Avenue, off of Hooper Avenue.

Executive director of the Toms River Business Improvement District Alizar Zorojew said the move will be beneficial because it means people won't have to cross a major street or take up downtown parking spaces, because they can park for free in the county garage.

The market is open every Wednesday from May 24th to November 15th. It opens at 11am and closes at 5pm, except in November when it closes at 4pm.
