A man trying to cancel his cable company service is met with an obnoxious customer service rep who refuses to honor his wishes.

Somehow the customer keeps his cool, and is smart enough to start recording the call about halfway through.

"WHY are you refusing to go out with me again? Explain to me why you don't want to see me again. What is your reason for wanting to end our connection?? Don't you realize I offer the best boyfriend service around? Why would you want to cancel that??......"
