The World’s Fastest Roller Coaster

I know we can brag about Kingda Ka here in New Jersey, at Six Flags Great Adventure Park -- the fastest roller coaster in the United States with a top speed of 128 miles per hour -- but this coaster in Abhu Dhabi is actually the fastest in the world.

It's called 'Formula Rossa', located in 'Ferrari World' which is mostly covered by an impressive 2,152,782 sq. ft. roof, which makes it the largest indoor amusement park in the world.

Formula Rossa accelerates from zero to a top speed of 150 miles per hour in just five seconds (this acceleration is 4.8 times faster than that of free fall), has a height of 171 feet and a ride lasting 1.32 minutes.
